Sakura represents another step in the building of our concept of lively housing and combines world-class architecture from London’s Jestico + Whiles studio with lush vegetation on each balcony or terrace. The atelier Flera is preparing the private and shared greenery.

The professional public also regularly recognises the unique use of greenery. Sakura was nominated for Future Projects: Residential in the world’s largest architecture competition, the WAN Awards. Thus, as the very first Czech project in this category, it ranks among the six most progressive residential buildings from four of the world’s continents. We repeated the success three years later, when the project was nominated in the same category among the four best buildings in the world. In another important international competition, World Architecture Festival, Sakura figured among the 16 finalists.
