From Budgeting to Handover

Our sister company, REALISM Construction, acts as the general contractor for our projects. It manages the entire process — from initial budgeting and tendering to contractor coordination and final handover of the completed project.

We also see this as further proof of the financial strength and in-house capabilities of our group, as well as our commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Our primary motivation was, of course, our strong focus on quality and control over every detail. Ultimately, however, we discovered that when we build projects ourselves, the overall experience becomes significantly more intense and rewarding.
