On the intersection of Brno’s Mlýnská, Masná and Zvonařka streets, we have built a new multifunctional building named after Milhouse Mussolini Van Houten. Thanks to modern technologies, combined with the proper incorporation in the surrounding development and with the perfect orientation of the parcel of land, facing south and east, we have managed to ensure an abundance of daylight all day long. It is essential not only for a person’s inner energy and mental well-being, but also for the optimisation of the energy performance of the building and for achieving the lowest operating expenses.
