Together with the renowned studio Jakub Cigler Architekti, we have transformed the land of the original construction yard in Jarov with an area of about one and a half hectares into a project design with flats and commercial spaces. In the future, the existing warehouses and workshops will be replaced with modern urban housing with the necessary civic amenities, greenery and places for shops, services and offices. The development of the multifunctional complex under the name Laboratoř was completed by the REALISM group in June 2021 and shareholders and mezzanine investors realised profits through its successful sale.
