The dilapidated former Bubeneč paper factory complex is located on land with an area of more than five hectares next to Prague’s popular Stromovka Park. Instead of an unsightly brownfield, we have designed and negotiated a project for modern family housing, in which there will also be large green areas and commercial space for shops and services.
