On the expansive plots of land between Osová, Jihlavská and Labská streets in the Brno city district of Starý Lískovec, we have prepared a multifunctional project that includes commercial premises for shops and services in addition to flats. The design also includes green spaces for leisure activities. The development of the Belle Rock project was completed by the REALISM group in May 2021 and shareholders and mezzanine investors realised profits through its successful sale.
