At the beginning of 2015, we completed the acquisition of land in Prague’s Barrandov district, on which we designed a total of 135 flats and smaller commercial spaces meant for offices and shops. We believe that a home is not just comprised of the inner walls, which is why almost every flat gets its own yard, rooftop terrace or spacious balcony with a view of the park between the buildings. Barrandez-vous was completed by the REALISM group in the form of the sale of the project with the issued building permit in February 2020.
