A plot located in the very heart of Prague 7 planned to be transformed into stylish urban housing. In the coming years, we are planning on building a block of flats with underground garages and several non-residential spaces for smaller shops, services or showrooms. Greenery is always part of our project and this will also be the case in Holešovice – we would like to create a green space in the courtyard which will be connected to the adjacent inner block.
